And We've Got to Get Ourselves Back to the Garden.


Squash Flowers. Joy is great at frying these up. One of my favorite foods.


Romaine Lettuce

Cherry Tomatoes. The tomatoes seem to be doing well. Can't wait for them to ripen. We have 5 tomato plants of different types.

    Nathan and Joy: what a beautiful garden! ...maybe we can get a photo of those squash blossoms on the table. I had read about these in novelist and food writer Laurie Colwin's lovely book "Home Cooking" but have never tried them...

    I think I know who inherited Uncle Tom's green thumb. It definitely was not me- instead of being jealous I will celebrate your success!-Geneva
